Established in 2017, we are now designing and engineering new products for 2018 to achieve a full range of accessories for the Australian market.
Returns and Refunds
Porter Machine Works cannot provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. We will refund or exchange an item if our products are faulty, if it is returned unused and in the same condition it was received, in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of the original purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your purchase we will email you to notify that it has been received and whether return has been approved. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the confirmation email.
If the item is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts we are unable to offer a partial or full refund.
Porter Machine Works can only offer to replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers will be responsible for their shipping costs for returning the item, and these are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to an error on our part, we will refund the cost of shipping.
Depending on customer locations, the time it may take for items to reach you may vary.
We recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. In the instance we do not receive your item, we cannot proceed with our refund.
